Passive Housing

We are gearing up to take part in the construction of a 'Passivhaus'. In order to combine old with new, during inital stages of demolition, we will be working to retain the entire front exterior wall and patio of a home built in the early 1900's. With items like solar panels and triple paned double low-e glazing and an absolutely air tight structure this home will be heated and cooled with minimal energy resulting in less environmental impact and cost savings.
